    Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are available only within 14 Days of purchase.
    • Refunds apply only to purchases made directly through Paddle.

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@menuscraft.com with your order details, including:

    • Name used for purchase
    • Email used for purchase
    • Paddle Order ID

    We will review your request and respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed via Paddle and typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days.

    Exceptions

    • Requests made after 14 Days of purchase are not eligible for refunds.
    • Abuse of the refund process may result in denial of refund requests.
