2. Eligibility

To use MenusCraft, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Use the platform for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate information during registration

3. Accounts

When you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You agree not to share your account with others.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

• MenusCraft operates on a subscription basis.
• Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record.
• All prices are listed clearly on our website.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree NOT to:

• Use MenusCraft for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Copy, resell, or distribute our software
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform

We reserve the right to remove any content or account that violates these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, code, design, and materials on MenusCraft belong to us. You are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use the platform for your business.

7. User Content

By uploading menu items, images, or branding materials, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or are authorized to use it
• Your content does not infringe on any intellectual property laws

You retain ownership of your content; we simply host it for you.

8. Availability

We aim to provide 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates occasionally.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You fail to pay your subscription
• Your behavior damages our platform or reputation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

MenusCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business interruptions
• Any damages caused by misuse of the platform

Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
